Fantastic service,  gave them a short notice Job and they didn't fob me off. They done a excellent job.  They even came and picked me and my wife up from the Mermaid Inn on the beach. Really helpful  would definitely use them again if I had any issues when we go back to Cornwall

I had one negative experience and posted a review, which I believe was too harsh. Yesterday I was very impressed with Acer a mechanic who went out of his way to fix the car. Huge thanks, especially from my Mrs Can recommend this company for 1st class service

The customer service team is appalling, the answer the phone like someone has made their teenager do it. One of the young boys there is rude. It needs a grown up in charge that can deal with customers and not just make grunting noises at people. My locking wheel nut was missed placed from a previous visit and only found after repeatedly being told it was there. Very disappointed in the level of customer service

After realising the heat shield had dropped off the car, I needle it fixed quickly.  It being a Sunday afternoon, I decided to try Kwikfit Newquay on the off chance to see if they could fix it. Even without an appointment, the car was on the ramp within 10 minutes and the staff were very reassuring.  The fitter was called Dan and he couldn’t have been any more helpful. It’s great theses days to genuine 5 star service.  Thank you Dan!

Needed some specialised tyres . Guys drove to Penzance , picked them up and fitted within 2 hours. Great service and really nice bunch of guys both at the desk and fitting . Thanks so much .

Had a puncture and ASA was amazing, so kind and looked after me and my.boys when I was having a minor panic attack. The whole team got me sorted as soon as possible despite me not having my lock in wheel nut.

I've always had excellent service from this branch, reasonable prices and good communication. Work is done on time and at the price quoted.

Had a puncture whilst away, recovery temporary fixed. Went to Kwik fit for new tyre which they ordered. When they removed the tyre they said it could be repaired. Saved me over £200 as tyres on car were only 3 weeks old. Great service and sorted within 30 minutes
