I attended this practice as a new patient on a Saturday and saw a Dr Thompson for dental treatment. The practice itself looks to be very clean and tidy which is a big factor in a clinical practice environment. I came to the practice after having a terrible experience elsewhere and Dr Thompson was very understanding and very caring towards me. I will be returning to see him as he has restored my faith in dentistry.

No customer service. Rude receptionist B. H. ANNOBIL. Made things very difficult. Very disorganised. Do not recommend

Take heed of all the negative reviews and avoid this dental practice. Do not even consider coming here. The owner, receptionist, and in general all staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent. There are however a couple of nice dental assistants. The doctor I dealt with, Dr Anna Marie, lacked professionalism, honesty and basic dental application. Constantly mis-communicating, to the point of lying, hid costs on invoices to the point I had to argue to get a refund, tried to perform work I did not require or request, couldn't execute any of the work I required and constantly referring onto someone else but happy to take my money. Constantly rushed appointments to get you out the door, and even held back appropriate dosages of medication to numb pain after I complained to save costs and time. A horrible horrible experience with appealing dental work which I now have to go someplace else to rectify and basically start again. Again avoid this practice.

I had never had before a teeth removed and feel real pain during the process. This is what happened to me in this surgery a few years ago.
