The worst dentist in London. Do not check teeth during check up, just say everything is fine and charge you. They prolong treatment so you will have to pay again after 2 months expires. Try to request multiple treatments within a band to be told a poor excuse time after time. It's not possible to do treatments together but it becomes possible as soon as 2 months lapses and you must pay again. Check the ratings and change dentist. This is a very very poor dentist.
At the beginning I was impressed with the responsiveness of the practice. I was able to get quickly seen. However, I went for a root canal that unfortunately was not successful. I was told around May 2022 that it would be worth to go to a specialist and that a referral would be sent. I found out in September 2022 that still no referral had been sent. I had to book another appointment which I paid for just so that I could request for another referral to be sent. This was finally sent on the 2nd of November. I now have a gum infection and I'm waiting for the specialist to book an appointment as I cannot afford to go private!
Unprofessional and unreliable. In January 2022 they 'sent' a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction and in October 2022 I still have the tooth and in constant pain despite continuing to chase them. Now I been told I need to pay for a check up although I was there last week and already paid for a check up and hygienist teeth cleaning
Absolutely terrible I’ve never been to a dentist and experienced such unprofessional behaviour the dentist I saw drove me to tears she was rough and very rude and that was just to me the way she screamed at her assistant shocked me and I was embarrassed for her the receptionist rebooked a appointment to see a different dentist as I point blank refused to see the first one I went to my appointment and was told that I had called and cancelled the appointment that morning that was a lie I wouldn’t of taken the time to walk up there for nothing but the receptionist insisted that I did ever since I’ve been consistently harassed by phone calls from the receptionist to rebook I told her the first time that I will not be using their service again and to stop calling me the calls continued weekly each time I’ve told them no but still she keeps calling so I blocked all numbers I’m now having to put up with them calling me on a withheld number and each time I’ve told them to stop I’m not interested but the harassment has continued even calling me on Christmas Eve I’ve now reached the point where I’m left with no option but to seek legal advice and also I’ll been placing a complaint with the health authorities this has to stop it seems they are not willing to stop with just a warning so it’ll have to be done forcefully
I think this dental practice has had a bit of a revamp and maybe new ownership. I went along for a checkup recently, and the reception staff were lovely, very professional and welcoming. I then saw an Irish female dentist for my dental checkup. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Really lovely manner, very nice and aware of my being scared of the dentist. Her assistant whom I didn’t get the name of, was lovely as well and very professional. I can only say, for once in a long time, I had a great experience at the dentist, and I would recommend this dentist to anyone. Really very pleased, and will be sticking with this practice. Thank you to the staff there, really makes a difference when people are like yourselves!!!!!!
I have used many Dentists in my lifetime and this Practice is undoubtedly the BEST in my experience. The Receptionist was polite and charming- the Lady Irish Dentist removed a very painful Root embedded in my gum quickly and painlessly. She was the epitome of Professionalism constantly reassuring me and quickly removing the root which I had been told previously would require Surgery. I would happily recommend the Practice and would happily award 11 out of ten if that were possible!
Have never said this before, but would genuinely rate in the minus. Receptionists are beyond useless, when they actually answer the phone. The dentists themselves jeeeeeesus christ, no point wasting my time writing how bad these are.
EDIT: came back twice recently and the situation seems a lot better. The dentists were quite professional and welcoming. All was good, 5 stars. --- original review --- Had a few fillings done recently as an NHS patient. I asked for general dental cleaning as well, I don't need it badly but it's been 15 months since the last one was done... they kinda dodged the question and sent me on my way. The receptionist was quite good and the work done satisfactory. All appointments have been scheduled VERY quickly. A bit weirded out by ants in the sink that was part of the dentist chair...
To be honest I have never had a huge problem with the practice. I have a morbid fear of dentists but they have always been patient with me and put me at ease. I found Dr Bogdana to be actually really pleasant with me. Maybe she liked my Northern charm. Downside: the waiting area is a bit drab and unwelcoming and the windows need a clean. Also as previous reviewer said during lockdown it was a nightmare trying to get a call back from them. I was told there was no PPE and it took me almost 16 months to get appointment.
Terrible experience. They cancelled an appointment which I booked 60 days in advance. And cancelled 2 days before the appointment. The only reason they give is dentist is off that day. Surely this is can be more well planned. Very unacceptable service. And no early appointments available for the ones they are cancelling. So ideally I m having to wait 3-4 months before I get to meet a dentist. Is that even service????
