What a sham, only because we had recently been to Gloucester Quays  we realised that the carparking is now reg plate recognition.. so no tickets.nGreat , however you seriously are not prepared..nWhat a poor standard compared to the Quays... visitors had no information and very little opinions of payment stations. Found staff at the pay stations very unhelpful and to the point of patronising!!!.nQueues long and people generally very worried about the situation....

Good carpark, safe for vehicles and visitors but... That first floor turning is tighter than trying to get your hand in a pringles can...nnPlus the entrance to get in and out on foot needs some maintenance because it's definitely seen better days. Specifically when I was younger... About 15 years ago

Yes it's quite expensive, but whenever I visit Solihull I always park here as I've never had any issues with car security, damage etc. Good size spaces and good surface too. Plus you're right onto John Lewis and the rest of the indoor shopping centre. I can only recommend.

Pretty good car park but the bushes are taking over the exit, you have to be careful not to come out with scratches. For months now, no one is bothered to cut them....

Good car park. Never struggled to find a space. Access to the car park after touchwood closes makes it a little awkward but other than that, no grumbles!
