Very convenient car park for closeness to shopping area short car park tarrif charges expensive over 3 hours.
Very spacious and easy accesible car par. Easy walk to Mell Square and Touchwood mall. Parking levels can be accessed by stairs or lift. Pay machine is bit tricky, with less clear instruction. You need to have coins to pay, as machine dont accept contctless or card. Board says you can pay by mobile, which I have not tried. Not sure of App payment.
Poorly bulit, poorly maintained. Small spaces with too many columns. Difficult pay machines, too few in the wrong places. PaybyPhone is a poor app that is often unresponsive.nInvestment and attention required here.
the location is good but it closes at 9 pm, which is too early. no card machine, cash only.
Please note if you enter this car park after 4 pm Mon - Sat you cannot book longer than 6 pm. If you turn up at 4.30 pm they will charge you for 2 hours but you ticket will run out at 6 pm then if you try to extend your stay it defaults to a one off charge of £5.70. Why you cannot arrive at 3/4/5 pm and book 3 or 4 hours is beyond. Another rip off. Even better is if you leave the car park at 6 pm and drive straight back in they only charge you £1.50 until 5.59 am. Ludicrous !!!!
