Currently stuck on the 4th floor trying to leave, we haven’t moved in 30 minutes, judging by gridlock on lower levels we have at least another hour to wait. Poorly designed outdated car park with slow machines and barriers, we will bring a packed lunch next time.

Good car park, plenty of spaces, sometimes the exit barrier does not open, you can ask for help.

Confusing outdated technologynparking ticket barrier machines on entry requiring hand waving in front of a sensor light and exiting your vehicle to remove a ticket. Such a faff and not a pleasant welcome to John Lewis.
