First time the Tottenham Job centre plus I was a little worried about the many negative comments, but Ebere was helping me today standard Identity check progress. Everything went well and quickly. thank you for your help.
If I could, I would give negative 5 stars. Personal experience from today- no privacy or dignity as well as silly little comments from other staff members behind the service user’s back. What’s worse, our assigned staff member was completely unprepared with a close-minded, judgmental approach and ZERO communication skills.nnOur past two meetings were based on the same number of questions and demands without any realistic proposition & understanding. The person supported by me during both appointments felt like the next number in line and not like a human being who needs help.
Mary is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. She does a really good job and goes above and beyond to make a difference. A real gem!
I had 2 experiences and Annie or Anne I think her name is that is the most humble and patient person but the one that is next to Sir Mathew, by the accent I think she’s Nigerian is the most despicable person I ever met. She doesn’t has any skills to do this job. She doesn’t know how to help, she doesn’t know how to talk, she isn’t neutral, she doesn’t seems to be smart. The worst communication I ever saw in my entire life. She needs to search for another job. To work on this kind of administration you need to be professional and human and she does not represent that at all and by all the reviews here it’s seems that is general. She really needs a psychiatrist because her attitude is not normal. This jobcentre gaves a very bad image of English administration and what England praises.
I have always heard very negative experiences and comments about people who work at job centres and I was so anxious when I started receiving universal credit / visiting the job centre. Luckily and surprisingly my experience became the opposite and good one with Mohammad.nHe was very supportive and understanding that helped me a lot to get over my difficulties. He always treated me with respect and kindness and I thank him very much for all his efforts to make things less stressful for me.
