Suri has been consistently helpful. It’s crucial to stay informed about all matters, especially your paperwork and proactive efforts. While it’s not a place anyone wants to be, sometimes life throws curveballs. Do your own research on your entitlements and study them thoroughly. Be proactive, don’t be complacent, and follow the rules and guidelines. Security is tight, so arrive 10-15 minutes early. Hopefully, I won’t need to return anytime soon. Trust the process, and you’ll be fine eventually.
Waited 40 mins to be picked up, and the guy on the phone was audibly ANNOYED having to help me and ANNOYED that I’m calling to ask a question. Disgusting attitude, really rubbed me the wrong way. Would speak to someone when I get there.
I have tried to communicate thorough my universal credit message well over twenty days on a daily basis.nI haven’t received any response from them so I have to rise the issue to a management label to trying to get an appointment. just because I’ve send a fit note they have ignore my request and without any questions asked they send me a message saying we not accepted your fit note since them none of them are willing to communicate with me.nThe running the Center as a money maker for others like the council an private business offering unstable job & unrealistic wages.nWhile I was getting recovered I asked if I could get support for an online course not interested of course..
Terrible place and horrible lazy people. Someone should finally fire all the employees and take helpful and hardworking people, racists should not work there. I was heavily pregnant there, the rude 'security guard' did not allow me to use the elevator! I could use the toilet only after opening the door for me because it is locked. A few days after the birth, I had to go there to show the baby's birth certificate. Nightmare!!!! I was allowed to use the elevator only because my few days baby was sleeping, if my son did not sleep I would have to go upstairs with him by stairs! This is abnormal!!!!! The person who was supposed to receive me was as usual late! And we are expected to be there ahead of time! After 20 minutes late, another very young girl took me in, thank you very much for that because my child was already crying a lot. The woman who was supposed to receive me, of course, did not show up! It is a joke!!!
