Today I went with my parents to do interview for the claim one of the member who check names of appointment, was rude to my dad, he went to just ask about more information on claim she was rudely responding. My parents needed translator which I went for that but they didn’t allow me and they lied saying don’t worry we will arrange a translator for your mother, she was struggling to respond and understand the question, they did not offer her translator. This place need more training in how to respect people and how to treat people nicely with someone who has language barrier. It’s very awful and abusive place.
I would like to say THANK YOU to SAID. He was so kind and generous with me after being there for 2x and not having my problem solved. Thank you, SAID.
I had a bad bad experience with Mrs. M. Very rude she didn’t make me talk she didn’t explain anything to me. I cried in front of her because I hadn’t compiled exact things and she accused me of being fake and put me the investigator to understand my situation. People who are in need are not treated badly and from what I have heard Mrs. M. He does this with all people. Very rude and ignorant they should send her away

Went in today, and told the man on the door, to pls make a photocopy of a letter, One page and drop on the desk of my mentor.. He first told me, he is not sure he can do that and told me to wait, this waiting took 15mins, when i became angry and have to voice out, he took the paper from me and his colleague said you don't need to photocopy for him, he can do it at the library, and he came back saying, we can't do it... Leaves me asking, are these guys there to help or frustrate, little god they think they are, more training needs to be given to these heartless staff members! Am already in your building, it takes less than a minute to do a photocopy, shame really! Poor.
