Been a customer of Totally Wicked for years. Visited many of their stores but never been treated as well as I have at Cleveleys. Wonderful, friendly staff that will go out of their way to help. Fantastic shop. Hope they will always be in Cleveleys as they will be missed very much by many

the last two packets of atomisers bought 'two in a packet' only one has worked so chucked 3 of them in the bin, been going to them for 6+ years, think have to try elswhere
Went in and spoke to Bethany. She absolutely brilliant explained about the different vapes and recommended most suitable for my needs and budget. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Not had cigarette since. Been in for more liquids and brilliant service again. Can't recommend this store enough and Bethany is a great asset to the company xx
Called into the shop in Cleveleys yesterday with my daughters ecig as she was unable to unscrew the top off. The young man in the shop was very polite and very knowledgeable. It turns out that she'd over tightened the top, it only took him a couple of minutes and it was fixed and now it's working like new. Each time I go in the shop their customer service is excellent. Fantastic experience I had a fault with my Optimus e-cigarette and I had ordered it online which meant I would usually have to wait days for a new one, however the staff sorted everything out straight away and I was able to receive a new battery the same day. Excellent service I will be returning again soon.
Been using this store for about 4 months and won’t go anywhere else now. The staff are very friendly and know their stuff. Theyre happy to help and explain things to you/demonstrate different products etc.. so even if you’re a newbie you’ll be well looked after!
Great little shop, and mikey was more then helpful, he helped us out with everything we wanted to know and set us up and showed us how to use everything, went back a week later with a couple of problems and he was more then happy to help us again, lovely guy would definitely recommend going in and seeing him
