Very friendly and helpful staff members I come here nearly all the time and when I do it’s always a positive and friendly experience and the photo quality when I print them is just perfect and if I’m not sure of anything I just ask the staff for help and they will help out and are so nice to chat to and even if the photos don’t come out right on the first go the staff will always help to make sure the photos come out correctly
Absolutely amazing staff member Amy at the Cleveleys branch! From the moment I walked into the shop she was available to help with my enquiry and was so polite and professional towards all of us customers present. She made my time at the shop a very pleasant experience and is a treasure to the company. I would definitely use that store again and am delighted with the product I walked away with thanks to Amy!
Purchased a large framed picture of myself and my late father on the Bank Holiday. Got it home to find damage to the rear of the frame, the print itself was creased and the perspex sheet over the print was covered in light scratches. We rang and they asked us to return the frame to the shop for a replacement. Fair enough. We were told the replacement would be ready Thursday and they would call us. We rang today Thursday to chase the order, we were told it won't be ready until next Wednesday. Apparently this weeks order had already gone in so it would have been impossible for the replacement frame to be ready for Thursday. No apology given for the misinformation, just excuses. The staff member who answered the phone tried to make out that we had brought the frame back for no good reason as well! Accusing your customers of not telling the truth isn't the correct way to treat them. Call was ended abruptly with "I'm going to have to go now I've got a queue full of customers!" Will now wait until the outcome next Wednesday and update this review accordingly. Extra stars given for previous good experiences.
The young lady with blond hair, at the Thornton Cleveleys branch, I didn't catch your name, went beyond and beyond and then beyond some more to help me. I cannot thank her enough. She has a kind heart and I have seen her interacting previously with older customers, she is what the high street used to be about, caring, taking the time and just being an all round great person, a credit to the company
Fantastic customer experience at the Preston city centre store. Great in-store experience dealt with quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend this store.
I use Max Spielmanns a lot and they’re usually very good with price and quality. I took 3 film rolls to be developed and got charged £45. Usually I take 2 in and pay £15 for both. I’ve since been in twice and asked about prices and each time get told something different and get told different prices. I feel ripped off and disappointed at the price they’ve charged me as I usually get charged a lot less. Won’t be returning - there’s plenty of other shops that do film developing for £5 on to CD but I have always used Max Spielmans so was loyal. It’s a shame
Good service BUT why does the shop assistant insist on calling you 'lovely' every five seconds? It's patronising and annoying!
Great for a really quick photo print option when you only want to print off a small number. Price gets a bit exorbitant if you need larger numbers. Quality was good and staff very helpful
Handy for personalised gifts that won't get damaged or delayed in post. Pleasant helpful staff. Photos a tad expensive but if you want them immediately what you expect
Great staff very helpful,will use again.
