It was a true pleasure to shop at Reliant TV. The shop has amazing deals. I've got a lovely LG washing machine at the best price I could had found. I was assisted by Simon, who helped me apply for the finance option and even though it took a while to process the application, he kept me updated and sorted everything promptly and in professional manner. Greatly recommend it!
Disappointing. Went in to buy a television. It was £20 cheaper in Currys and I took the Curry's online price with me as Reliant advertised a price match. Was told that they could not price match the television. When I queried the 'price match' label on their website, I was told that it depended upon how much they had had to pay for the individual televisions! They said that Curry's must have bought in bulk the last of that model; apparently a new model is coming out next month. I left and bought from Currys. Next time, I'll simply buy from the dealer offering the best price. I thought that it would be good to buy from the local high street.
new samsung tv 19 months old stopped working. But john from cleveley branch went out of his way to get it sorted. samsung repair man came out and repaired it at our home ..Thankyou.
Cannot believe the great service I received from Antony Gomm today at reliant in cleveleys. Called in for a new washer after ours packed in yesterday.I Told him what we were looking for and he recommended one that was on sale in showroom. It was a great price and they delivered it that afternoon. Driver was so helpful and brought it into our kitchen. He Also give me some advise on the connection. I will be replacing our oven very shortly and I know where I’m going. Great service I’m well please see you soon Antony.
Fifteen years ago I bought a 32 inch flat screen Toshiba TV together with a VCR/DVD machine from the Reliant store on Victoria Road in Cleveleys which is now a Subway shop. Last Thursday I went into the new store on Rossall Road after deciding it was time to upgrade my TV. I was dealt with promptly, courteously and professionally and settled on a 43 inch LG smart TV which was delivered today. Being a real technophobe I paid an extra £30 to have the whole thing set up and connected to my wi-fi, landline and Virgin TiVo. The lad that came was brilliant. Personable, patient and polite I didn't get his name but he deserves some recognition as does the whole company. Thank you team. Keep it local folks,
Excellent shop for appliances , got a great deal on a new Samsung TV, really helpful staff who go out of there way with technical and sales information, highly recommended. Best shop in Cleveleys

Staff are great. Explained all TV options thoroughly. Really good prices. Delivery was on time and delivery guy checked TV was working correctly before he left. Excellent service.
An outstanding service from start to finish. Simon was brilliant helping us choose the right TV for us. The price was incredible even cheaper that all the other retailers. Delivery was prompt and the guys were so helpful. The aftersales service has been incredible too .... when I upgrade Simon will be the first person I call. Shop here with confidence.
