Absolutely spot on bunch of guys, always go above and beyond with their help sourcing the right parts. Darren deserves a particular mention for being an absolute legend to help me get back on the road on a Saturday afternoon. Couldn’t recommend these guys any more, wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for motor parts.

I do not recommend under any circumstances to make registration plates for these liars! best plate? this is best plate???? too much advertising and grandiosity and lack of respect for customers!!! by the way, educate yours drivers to park with straight wheels! AND MOST IMPORTANT  HALFORD  OR OTHERS COMPANYS  HAVE NEAR HALF PRICE AT YOURS !  ALL OF YOURS PRODUCTS IS TOO EXPENSIVE !!! people open eye or lose money...it's your choice!!! I use a legally parking and i have picture from parking !  STOP TO LIE AND TO CALOMNIED PEOPLE ! ALL YOURS CARS IS PARKING AROUND YOUR SHOP ON DOUBLE LINE ALL TIMES AND WHERE IS LAW  ??? Iv used motor factors a good few times now they've got me out of some sticky patches with my cars as always im very happy with the service very friendly guys always there to help cheers guys keep up the good work   5

Very reasonable pricing, staff knowledgeable and friendly and provide fast service. Called up to ask about price for car battery, and half an hour later I had come down to the shop, collected it, and was on my way.

Have used total motor factors for about 2 years now and they always have the standard service parts for my cars. Even my old 1990 and 1992 Celicas they can still get services parts for - this goes from oil filters to even headgasket kits.

Spot on good friendly staff good prices & If they not got what you want they can get it for next day

They had everything I needed and more, at very competitive prices. The quality of the products was excellent and I have no doubt they will last a long time.  The staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful and I received my products quickly and without any issues. Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone in need of quality car parts and excellent customer service. Thank you for a great experience!
