My daughter wanted to try their tacos. Was quick and good. We tried their churros too, but I have had better churros elsewhere.
Very nice food. Clean and tidy. The windows were sparkling. The staff were friendly and efficient. Food is very good quality. Inside the Mall on the upper level towards M & S end. Does get very busy at peak hours as its only a small place.Food: 5/5
Nice food. Great burritos. Much fresher and tasty than most greasy fast food places. Big fan of the Chicken. Pork seemed a little off; made my partner a bit poorly but can't be certain it was that. Not bad value for money. Would come again and an alternative to other fast food places.Food: 4/5
I simply have no words for what happened to me at cribbs causeway burrito shop in Bristol. There was no problem with the service, everything was fine, the staff were very kind and served me kindly. I would like to note that I am vegan and I asked for the burrito bowl and one burrito with vegan toppings and also ordered 2 portions vegan churros. Because I really like burrito and I go to this store a lot, so I know roughly how much what I ordered costs and how much I will pay. I asked the lady who worked to give me the bill so that I could see why I was paying so much. Then she confusedly said, "Excuse me, but there were two nachos and chorizo topping on the bill, but so I'm vegan",they refunded the money to the card, but which I haven't received so far and they still haven't given me an bill. When I asked her to give me the invoice for the third time, she pressed an invoice for an £1 refund into my hand chorizo . After asking for the fourth time, they finally gave me the original invoice, I did a photo of. You can clearly see what is on the invoice. I think it's outrageous And I'm sure they put more money in the account on purpose, they thought I wouldn't notice anyway, if they stole 20 people a day but I think more than 20 that is a nice pocket money by end of the day. This is unacceptable. I want investigation.
Simply the worst food I have eaten. Corn tacos that were filled with pulled pork soaked in some sort of brine so that by the time I got to eat them, they were simply soggy mush. 2 stars are for the staff, although the girl at the point of payment dealt with another customer as she got our drinks, which didn’t help with the temp or quality of the food.
First time I went as was recommended to me and wow!! So tasty and the large burrito is filling so don't think it won't fill you up.... it does. Friendly staff and the layout is smart and relaxed.Food: 4/5
First person to serve us was nice and kind and offered a high level of service. However as we moved further down the line the service became progressively slow and dull. The servers did not seem interested or polite and did not engage that much. They spoke quietly and seemed in a world of their own.
Busy,busy busy. Staff were very efficient under pressure and still managed to put together a pretty good wrap. Was worried about getting a seat inside but managed to get one due to the high turnover of customersFood: 4/5
Went to Tortilla on Sunday 04th Dec. Have to stand for long time in a queue which was not too long but the service was too slow. The girls at the counter were too slow and when it was my turn. A pickup guy came to pick some order which the staff didn't prepare yet. So , i have to wait and after 10 minutes my order was taken, i only take rice, beans and guacamole but there was no guacamole and just then informed the kitchen staff to prepare it. Lady at counter told me to she will be getting it to my seat which she never brought. Not a good experience.
