Order not delivered despite being paid for, nobody attempted to even call and inform us about it in the hour we were waiting for it. Staff member after we called them to enquire said that this is "not his responsibility" as the food was ready, but there was no driver from the delivery company. Shocking customer service
Disgusting food, had bad stomach for days and very rude staff.
Came home with 2 burger meals and wings. The burgers were discusting and hard. Using yesterdays chicken. So angry ruined my evening. Waste of money. And they never pick up the telephone.
This is the best chicken shop in Bristol. Hands down. Don't believe the weirdos on here leaving bad reviews. It's a chicken shop, at a petrol station. Don't expect the ritz, this is better. You can fill up your truck, get beer and get banging chicken at the same time. What more could you want.... The ribs are fatty and naughty and saucy. The chicken is spicy and crispy. The chips are crispy most the time. Wish the sauce was free, but can't fault them apart from that.
This has to be the worst thing I’ve paid money for in years. I got “fried chicken wings” as a naughty treat for lunch on the go. Got to my destination looking forward to eating some hot crispy chicken. Opened the box and was greeted by absolutely stone cold and I do mean stone cold greasy disgusting chicken. I tried to eat it and was nearly throwing up. For hours afterwards I had the worst heartburn from eating one wing. I cannot believe how horrific this place is. I’ll be complaining in person when I next drive past. Should be shut down.
Thought I'd give this place another try. Wish I hadn't! Ordered maxin burger with chilli sauce. The guy making my food seemed to take an instant dislike to me maybe customer service not for you? And put what seems like a ladle full of chilli sauce on the burger. The bun is soaked by the time got home. I can only assume he did that on purpose knowing full well he had ruined my food. Won't be coming back here unless it's to buy fuel. Avoid!!

Chips are very nice , though in low quantity . Chicken skin nice and crispy but inside very rough and tough . I would recommend chips but its in low quantity . In general all the prices were overpriced even KFC is cheaper and tastier than maxin
Excellent service, staff and food. Flavours very different from other chicken shops with a spicer breading used on the chicken wings. Succulent and soft.
The first one was great but the second one I had the chicken tasted like it was already spoiled. That's why I'm giving it a three. Otherwise would have gotten a five
