We have been here a lot, lovely friendly staff and great service and great prices. Food is always well presented and delicious. Good menu selection plus a specials board also you can buy stuff to take away.Food: 5/5
Friendly welcome and really delicious homemade food. We were particularly impressed with the quiche and the hot beef sandwich... but then we had no room for a sweet treat! Parking: Quite a good area for parking very close, in the square beside Warkworth's wonderful old Church.
Bought a lemon meringue pie to takeaway really looking forward to eating it, fortunately for me as I cut into it the meringue slid away ... Mould yuck if this is what you get when you take out would hate to actually eat in there ...

Very great service from young male waiter. Very friendly and really brightened the place up. Although, on the topic of this, he was the only thing brightening the room. Interior was very dull and outdated. Cheesecake was average and chocolate fudge cake with cream was quite good.

Had a week's holiday in Warkworth visited this cafe several times for snack lunches having toasties and salad and booked a table for 6 on Easter Sunday lunch it was amazing roast dinners with fresh vegetables , homemade Yorkshire pudding to die for light and fluffy. Puddings and cakes all home made and delicious. Staff very polite and friendly never stop all day. We stayed in a rented cottage in Warkworth square called Clara,s Cottage sleeps up to 6 with 3 bedrooms all ensuite , dinning room for 8 sitting room ,fully fitted kitchen and also a washer dryer room. Had a look at the history behind the cottage. Available Friday to Friday . We all had an excellent week and bright sunny weather the whole time. We are returning in July and August this year already booked before leaving yesterday morning. Margaret the manageress was always going the extra mile the whole time . Well done to her and her wonderful team at Topsey Turveys cafe and a rented cottage called Clara,s Cottage in Warkworth.
