The is only one place to go when you need expert advice and service on a log burner. We had such a great service 3 years ago with our Chesney stove, we went back for our second stove and nothing has changed. We selected a Wiking mini 4 this tiem with a log store. Excellent service from start to finish with Christian Brookfield and the installation team of Adam and Paul made sure the experience continued to the 'first light'. Thank you Topstak for such a great service, no sale presssure just simple advice and the product does the rest. Can't wait to decorate now......
From the first moment when we stepped into the showroom everyone involved in the purchase of our new stove were professional and showed their expertise. There was no pressure to buy but helpful advice. The survey was really helpful and we had a further survey to invest the state of our chimney which was really useful. The guys who fitted our stove were amazing. The weather was dreadful while the work at the chimney took place but there were no complaints. Their estimate of how long it would take was virtually spot on. At the end they showed us how to light it etc and gave great advice about cleaning and so on. We would definitely recommend topstack and it was great to buy a product made locally. Brilliant service all round.
This is an email I sent to James at Topstaks in Cowbridge. Hi James, I thought I would write to you and let you know what an excellent representative of your firm Hywel Lewis is. Hywel arrived on time, covered our floors and furniture with dust sheets. He explained what he was going to do and when he was likely to finish. He cleaned up after himself and as far as I can see, he has done a first class job at installing our new log burner. Hywel was also very polite. To be fair James we found your advice and service to be excellent as well. I am not sure this is down to Topstaks training, or whether it is down to employing great people. I would have no hesitation in recommending Topstaks again. Kind regards James Enos

We're so pleased with the fitting of the wood burner Topstak installed & will recommend to all widely. The Mono stove so easy to use can't wait for the cold weather!
I recently purchased a new log burning fire from here. They came out done an assessment and quoted a price. It was such a fantastic experience. The guy came out and within 2days all done to an immaculate condition, he even saved the wallpaper. I love it, it's so relaxing watching the flames dance around inside the fire. I find myself just watching the fire now and just listening to the TV.......
We were looking for a Fireplace Showroom in South Wales and came across Topstak. Really nice to visit, and lovely range of outdoor products, including the Big Green Egg BBQ and amazing Hot tubs! Super helpful staff, would recomend.
We have had some delicious hot chocolates and carrot cake. The carrot cake was the best I have ever tasted!! Very cosy. We’ll definitely be back!!
Fantastic lunch. Highly recommend the goat's cheese with roasted peppers and a savoury scone. Absolutely delicious.
Fabulous fresh baked food ….the cakes, tarts and scones are the best I’ve ever tasted .The standard of cleanliness is consistently immaculate and the staff are friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to visit….can’t recommend highly enough.
