Worst pizza and service ever, burnt uncooked and just tomato past charges me £10 Extra than any supersize pizza for £18.99 and not even standard pizza. I want this to be raised so it happens to no customer again. And I want my money back otherwise I am going to escalate this as this is not tops pizza standard. You have made a bad name for tops pizza. In front of my house it’s £8.99 for supervise pizza and amaizng standtad this is under poor it is disgraceful as I can get food posing from this uncooked pizza
Great service Very clean. Elderly chef is amazing. See he cares to makes each pizza perfect Great pizza. Tuesday buy 1 get 1 free and you can" make your own pizza". Secret gem in a small side one way Street. Totally recommend this place. Thumbs up. Thanks
Been using tops for many years every week, only once had an issue that was delt with quickly. Delivery drivers are polite and friendly food is spot on evey week and they take notice of special requests.Food: 5/5
Love the deep pan pizzas especially the veggie hot option with green chillies and garlic sauce base, oh yum! Delivered at the right temperature and always seemed fresh. Spicy chicken dippers, curly fries are family favourites. Dessert options are great too, best Pizza in town
Called to ask where my food is after 50 mins of waiting, the guy who answered was laughing and could barely string together a sentence, he said 'very busy' whilst laughing, he also said something about an hour longer wait. Cancelled the order, won't be returning.Food: 1/5
Usually I order super size and it’s a quite big size And specially from tops pizza From this place they’re making the large pizza for super size . Also had to wait 35 minutesFood: 1/5
Ordered a small Pizza, which was so small that its not even worth it to order. For 7 pounds. 1min later I wanted to order a can of Fanta, they didnt give it to me cause minimum payment via card is 3 pounds, although I ordered a Pizza for 7 pounds 1min ago. Plus I ordered my Pizza without beef, guess what...exactly...came with beef. Taste of Pizza was awful. If you guys dont care about your customer, then keep doing what you do!
****AVOID AVOID AVOID - GONE DOWNHILL**** Just had an order from the Staines branch - I've always been a loyal customer to the tops pizza franchise and I never usually complain. .... BUT I must say that this was the worse Pizza we have ever had - it was full of grease box was covered in grease and looked like the toppings had slid off the pizza - all the the slices were squashed, looked and absolute mess and was cold. We chucked most of it away, complete waste of my hard-earned money for a Friday treat for the family. Need to have serious words with production or the driver, appalling service. Even the order we had prior to this one wasn't great but took the benefit of the doubt. It's a real shame as the place has gone downhill in quality of food over the past couple of months.
I’m a frequent customer of this place since so long approx 10 years or more everything was going good before but from these last two weeks I’m not getting my orders as per my instructions and this is the second time I called to the customer care number about not getting the exact order as per my instructions but the attendant lady was so impolite and rude same like last time she did I requested a lot but she clearly said do whatever you can do and I got stunned from her behaviour and tone which was so rude and bossi. I’m loosing my trust on tops pizza just cuz of that rude lady attended.. I’m sharing this to explain my experience..
Was staying nearby and got into town a little later than expected so ended up calling here for some tea. Kind of reminds me of Pizza Hut a little but the pizza was good to be fair. A little greasy but not the worst takeaway pizza plus we had lots of toppings which doesn’t probably help. Decent amount of toppings and the dough was nice too. Good customer service and fast service.
