I used their services today, horible. Never again. Took them 75min to deliver a wrap, ice-cream,  wedges and chicken wings...all cold and the wrap soaking wet as it sat too long in car and the ice-cream was melted. Called them 8 times and a lady hang up the phone, you could hear someone answering and hanging the phone. 75min for discussing food that I had to chuck in the bin. On the boxes was my address and the delivery driver was calling another flat. Poor service,  management and waste of money.

I ordered two pizza yesterday after a long day a work me and my girlfriend was so tired couldn’t be bothered to cook and we ordered domino’s I was waiting nearly two hours the pizza to arrive and it was cold and hard I called domino’s and they told we are gone give you 25£ voucher I never heard anything about it not vaucher not even food I didn’t even eat my pizza such a waste off money and  such a   poor service  i dont recommend  to anyone till they will sort it out i hope the head office to see this review not happy at all

I ordered a large pizza. Delicious and good. I like it. I definitely recommend it to everyone who loves pizza.Food: 5/5

Bad customer service. Do not order ordered pizza at 8pm waited 2 hours for it and their excuses are there busy, well ofcourse you’ll be busy your a pizza shop if you dont want to be busy close up thats the whole point of business.

I wish if I did read reviews before I ordered my pizza!! The service was horrible and unprofessional. I ordered pizza since 6pm and it only arrived at 9:48pm I called them twice they told me the pizza was on the way but they lied because I'm 7min drive away. my children went to sleep hungry and when the pizza came my  drink was missing and they have not given me a refund. Domino's Pizza,  I want my refund for the drink I paid for and never received. Pizza Hut is the best place for anyone who need a decent and on time hot pizza.

I had a good deal with tasty  pizza  @ Herbies Staines... I'll surely recommend Herbies for a tasty pizza.

Hit and miss. They're ok if you want to collect but the delivery service is just appalling. If you order from here I recommend you avoid their delivery service. It's often slow and the food doesn't come hot.  Every time I get it collected I have no issues and the pizza takes decent.

Not ordering again. Long delivery time and quality of food is questionable. Chicken Kickers are tough not fresh, potato wedges undercooked and pizza tastes like it’s being cooked in an unclean oven.

Our pizza got delivered 103 minutes after order and it was all cold cause our delivery was 3rd on the route as informed by the driver. When queried on store why so late, the reply was "we are short of staff" . I asked them why didn't they close the ordering portal if the order can't be deliver on time and the reply was "we don't have access to ordering portal" I queried why didn't they tell me in advance when I ordered, oh sorry was the reply. I asked them for refund and take the pizza back. And 30 minutes after my call no one came to pick up the order. What an incompetent service. My dinner experience is spoiled by Domino's.
