Walked in to order a large meat feast greeted by a very friendly happy guy. Wish I'd open the box to check the pizza before I got home as half the pizza was burnt and the extra cheese I ordered was none existence. Terrible. I want my money back!Food: 1/5
Cost me £30 for a medium pizza garlic bread and chicken wings took 40 minutes to come and I’m 2 minutes away from there the pizza was sooooo dry the bbq chicken wings were really spicy I would not reccomend ordering from here …. I won’t be ordering ever again ….. very dissapointingFood: 1/5
The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I've been to many pizza hut branches, the guy on the phone here was rude, told me that pizza hut have no deals when Ashford told me they do. Tried to charge me £20 per pizza and delivery on top... he was trying to hurry me up on the phone and said "do you want it or not?" Worst branch ever...
I placed an order online which was delivered more than 30 minutes late. Not in 30 minutes, but 30+ minutes later than the latest delivery time. I called the store 4 times and the staff was very rude to me. They kept saying the driver will be with you in 2 minutes, they hung up on me once. It was only when I talked to the manager than he informed me there was an accident on the road and so order will be late, 25 minutes later. Very rude staff, extremely poor customer service.

I had ordered pizza over the phone and delivery had taken 1hour which I understand for a Saturday. But the Pizza was cold and side orders looked as if its been dropped, hard and over cooked brown, I phoned the branch again and was asked to phone back tomorrow to talk to the Branch manger BJay. Disappointing service and product at the same time. I did read the reviews and thought I would give it ago and They are all true as I too experiences putting the phone down and shouted at and call back tomorrow.... we are paying customers and for a quality pizza. I would not recommend this Pizza delivery.
This place is a joke… You can have a choice between a flatbread or medium pizza, the flatbread is literally half the size of a medium pizza and turned up burnt… they said this is normal and the staff member could not care less then put the phone down on me mid conversation. They are well aware of the fact it’s an insufficient product and are clearly quite happy to con people. I’m in awe of how terribly run this Pizza Hut branch is…
Very disappointing normally like pizza hut won't be ordering from this branch again food was delivered on time , but the pizza was chewy and under cooked the cheese didn't taste to nice. Never had a pizza hut pizza taste like that. Not ordering from that branch again. Did not taste to fresh either.
That's a second and last time when I'm in this place. First time pizza wasn't coock enough even when was not to much people in, second visit was Saturday afternoon when was loot people in, shortage of stuf is definitely a issue glasses need to be changed because after using dishwasher they look dirty, on ordering is a question of ice in a drink but even if you want it you have take it yourself from ice machine if someone explain that to you. We take table for 2 but unlikely on table was only one knife good thing this time pizza was perfect.
Ordered for a delivery time 1 hour in advance gives them plenty of time as they promise a 30 minute delivery. Pizza goes out for delivery 15 minutes after requested delivery time So 1 hour 15 after ordering. Then 90 minutes after that still no pizza. They insisted it is a few minutes away and did when we called them multiple times throughout the 90 minutes it was "out for delivery" even after 90 minutes they still said it is a few minutes away. They then kick up a fuss when we say to cancel the delivery as it is more than 2 hours 30 after we ordered the pizza and it will be freezing when it arrives and we want our money back. Absolute shambles.
