I’ve been dealing with topps Penzance for a number of years now and have to say that they always go over and above when it comes to customer service. Never had a single problem in all my time using them as a supplier for my business. I always recommend them to my customers as I know they will be looked after by the sales staff in store. 10/10

Today we popped into the Penzance store to get some inspiration for a possible bathroom refurb. We were greeted by Perran who was an absolute pleasure and great help with some of our ideas. It is so refreshing to have good customer service these days and sadly mostly unexpected! They offer a fab service of buying sample tiles to take home and if not suitable can be returned. I am so glad that Perran suggested this because as soon as we put the tiles in situ they really didn't work in our space, so we can now try something else until we find the right ones for us. It was nice to hear someone with knowledge and passion for his job and was much appreciated. An asset to any business!! Thank you.

Excellent service and technical advice, had exactly what we needed, friendly and helpful. Supplied us with just the right flexible adhesive and grout to go on top of an insulated heated floor substrate off the shelf, even carried it to the car for my long suffering wife. Top notch service, 5 stars.
Alex,perran and William offer a service expected of a family run buisness with the ability to go that extra mile by being part of a large company... I recommend all my clients to them due to there friendly professionalism. They are also knowledgeable in there products. They offer tiles to everyone's budget and also offer finance if you decide to go that extra stretch. There trade consumables are very competitive, infact there cheaper than any independent tile shop around. Worth a visit and contact me for installation
All staff are welcoming and helpful
The difficult job was selecting the right tiles as there is so much choice. We ended up buying the tiles for our kitchen when we only went in to get some for our bathroom, lots of great advice, the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
