Jonny and Bonita were extremely helpful with advice and listening to my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and their customer service skills were outstanding, best tile advice I have had! Far better than other tile competitors! It was the end of the day 15 minutes until the store closed, I have never been in Northampton Topps Tiles before as I've just moved in the area, I was rushing around gathering material for a weekend project, as I entered the store I was greeted by staff member Bonita who was very friendly Knowledgeable Patient and helpful, Great shopping experience And customer service , well done Bonita. Have used Topps tiles several times to date and can’t fault them. They aren’t pushy at all but are there to make suggestions, should you need them, and have a broad knowledge of their stock. Go in with an open mind as they will help you make the right choice. Reasonable prices and great quality tiles. My “go to” tiling store.
Recently made frequent visits to Topps tiles at Orbital Park to choose bathroom tiles, excellent showroom, well lit, good displays and Mick was extremely helpful on every occasion. I could take home numerous tiles without having to pay for them , to check with the lighting and size of my room, this was extremely helpful. When I decided on the tile I wanted and found it cheaper elsewhere, Topps tiles matched the lower price. Thanks to Andy the Manager who made two special journeys to pick up my tiles in order to meet my Builders work schedule. An excellent experience.
