Lots of products at good price. Bought electrical, ironmongery, plumbing, tools and much more for refurbishment project. A lot cheaper than B&Q, Homebase or Wickes. Order online and collect in store in minutes. Recommend

I went to Screwfix today and left without buying what I wanted.  No instructions where to queue for what and I was apparently in the "wrong" queue.  Only one man working on reception as far as I could see.  After half an hour waiting I gave up and have decided to order from Amazon.  This outlet needs to get its act together if it wants to attract and retain customers.  I won't be going back there, and I see a previous customer complained about how slow it was as well
