Picked up tiles for a job and asked was the batch numbers the same because the way they was stacked they couldn't be seen but was assured they was all the same, started the job and halfway through noticed the tile shades wasn't the same so checked the boxes and I had 3 different batches, rang the store that told me to bring them back and they would give me 2 bags of adhesive free when this wouldn't even cover the diesel let alone the half days wasted wage, I have been sent 2 different colours of tiles from this shop before so definitely need to train staff at the basics.
I received great service. Staff went above and beyond to help. Think its John and a young female Very knowledgeable. Will definitely return in the future.

Excellent experience, felt like I had a personal shopper with me, nothing felt a chore for them all my questions were answered with a high degree of knowledge and professionalism. Staff went above and beyond to give advice to me and my partner.
Absolutely dreadful service went in did not offer to help had to ask for assistance . Girl came over knew nothing st all about tiles. I asked what size the tiles were she said didn’t t know asked fir a tape measure she got one and gave it to me very reluctantly and rude. Was not interested at all more interested in going back to her table where she was playing on computer. I would not buy tiles from here if you paid me. Need new staff quick no one in there that’s why disgusting
Loathed to give even one star. Visited this afternoon. Not a great range of prices. Poor pricing and not visible on many products. Two staff were both more interested in their conversation than answering my queries. They really acted like me and my family were an inconvenience. Rude, unhelpful and store pricing poor
I have had a Trade account with Tops Tiles for over 12 years now, and over the years used at least 10 different Tops Tiles stores, I have found although accents change from store to store, the staff are as highly trained in each of them, very knowledgable on all products stocked and some that are not friendly, helpful and always smart in appearance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to, or even thinking about tiling their walls or floors!
Excellent store and staff always very helpful. Great range of quality tiles to suit all budgets. I highly recommend a visit if you're looking for new tiles.
Not impressed by this store. No prices ..the guy in there says a price when you ask? I bought a flooring bar and it was £20.00 exactly. In b&a they are around £12.00 To top it off he sent me an email receipt.
Great service by all the people working today I felt safe. The staff loaded the car I didn’t have to lift a finger
