A bit sparse at the moment as just Christmas stuff and mid brand change but helpful staff and easy layout.

Had what I wanted. However store is untidily laid out and seems very down-at-heel. Other Homebase stores are the same so presumably it's company policy :(

Store well stocked and staff were friendly and helpful. Other reviews have mentioned difficulty in parking but we went late morning on a week day and had no problem. There isn't a big car park though so I can see how it could easily get full at peak times.

Cluttered, expensive, usually don't have what I need. This is same for all Homebase stores not just thos one. Customer setvices is a joke, can't even be bothered to reply to customers.

Messy store with poorly faced up stock. Parking a nightmare to get out of the car park. Outside garden section poorly attended.
