So surprised by the other reviews on here. I have always found the staff to be really informative and helpful. I have bee very grateful when they have carried heavy supplies to my car for me - going above and beyond.

I am sorry we were very disappointed with the customer service, we arrived at the store about 1500 on 24 th April , no obvious customers in the store but three staff at counter talking between themselves and one sat in the "designer" area doing paperwork.  We were looking for wallpaper and there were some samples on display, nothing which attracted our attention but numerous catalogues which really bemused and confused us. The store surroundings gave a very "opulent" feeling and whilst we looked at several wallpaper books, there were really too many to choose from and despite no one else entering the store no member of staff approached us, my mother in law, who we were helping shop felt uncomfortable as no interest shown by staff even with cursory advice which would have been all that we needed, and as result we left the store. I appreciate we could have asked for help but some interest would have been nice especially as the shop was so quiet. We went else where.

Great service. Colour mix was spot on, the Crown emulsion giveaway came in very handy, and great advice on what to use to keep oil marks from coming through water-based paint. Clued up and competitively priced.
