We ordered 2x sweet sour chicken and rice, we get sweet and sour chicken NO rice, phoned to ask about it then get told that we never asked for rice, asked for rice to be sent and it never came. But we were still charged the same as sweet and sour with rice.

Don't bother with them

Walked to the shop, said it was closed so walked home again. Went on to Just Eat which said it was open. Ordered, it said it was going to take 90 minutes so I called to see if I could collect earlier. Person who answered the phone sounded rather grumpy and was very hard to understand. Also refused us to collect it. I have years experience in customer service and this is terrible, if it was my dinner would have cancelled it but I was ordering on behalf of family.

used to be good a year ago or so, but recently it's gotten quite poor. the food is very salty and the meat portions have very little meat. will not try again.

Did an order from just eat with them, they were still displayed as open.

Then I check back to see what time I ordered it for how long I had to wait, they had refused the order. By then, too late to order from anywhere else.

If you don't want to deliver past a certain time, then make sure your Just Eat account reflects this.

The chicken chow mein had bits of lamb in it the prawn crackers was stale the only thing that was nice was the sweet an sour sauce never again!!!
