Placed order over the phone after getting half way through ordering through Just Eat only to find out they have taken themselves offline as they were too busy for online orders. Got through over the phone after 10 minutes only to be told that I cannot pay by card as the card machine is down, after placing my order asked the delivery time, was told 30 minutes, asked for collection time, was told 30 minutes also, no brainer I decided to opt in for delivery as it was same time. After waiting over an hour I called up, over 200 attempts calling later I finally got through only to rudely be told from the reception that she said it hasn’t even been an hour yet and to wait, I asked to speak to a manager but he was apparently busy. In a hungry rage I decided to drive down there, only to find my food was still not ready, to be confronted by the reception and told that “I shouldn’t have come down, I don’t know who she and that i don’t know what she is capable of”. The (I believe) manager came out to resolve and said there might of been some miscommunication error and to wait another half hour as it was busy for Friday. After waiting again, now coming up to 2 hours for a 30 minute promised delivery. The food was ready and the manager was very confrontational when applying some discount and said that my order was very expensive and that no discount could be given. You would think I order half a lobster and a full duck but all I ordered was plain noodles, egg fried rice and crispy seaweed!!! After arguing for some time (whilst another customer argued about his 2 hour delayed order) and telling me to never order again the raging chinaman decided to give me a generous £3 off for my troubles. I would give this review 0 stars if I could but as the food was amazing and I no longer have a starving pregnant wife with Chinese cravings I have given a rewarding 1 star. Respect pet

Very unreliable delivery time... The woman in the shop said one hour (which is really a long time!). The food was not here for 1 hour 25 mins. I called and the woman was so rude, and put the phone down on us as she was so busy taking other orders. As I paid on order in person before delivery they did not prioritise.

Really bad experience. Delivery was in time specified but the Special Fried Rice and Egg Fried Rice was uneatable, it was a strange brown colour and all stuck together like it had been cooked more than once. The duck was ok as were the Chicken balls. My friend ordered soup and vegetables all of which went uneaten. To cap it all both of us had upset stomachs following eating this. Do not use this place unless you want to be ill. Would have given zero stars but that is not possible.
