absolutely rude manager .we got 6 cheesy jalapeños instead of 10 and refused to acknowledge his mistake .The topping was burnt refused to change it .we spend £27 every week no more dominoes from now on .The manager needs lessons in customer service. the owner needs to know that the manager is ruining his business for him.

Pretty sure these guys aren't bothered about selling pizzas. Always a problem with online ordering, and they say they can't offer the same as promoted online. I asked what I'm meant to do when the website is the fault and they say nothing can be done. I'll order elsewhere then......

Absolutely rude and obnoxious manager .Was rude to my son when he complained and refused to pick up our phone when wanted to complain .Manager should be fired or sent on a course of customer service classes

I have complained to head office before because my delivery turned up 3 hours after I ordered (I called numerous times and was told it was just around the corner). When it finally arrived at 23:30 it was cold and the order was wrong, they did not care. They never deliver to my actual door and I meet them down at the gates because they rarely bother use the intercom and then most recently, they delivered the wrong order again (literally this has happened at least 4 times), I called and the manager didn't care and would not even give me his name. I am surprised they are still allowed to have a franchise. Avoid at all costs, I will be using another branch if I decide to order a PapaJohns again. AVOID
