Food an hour late and then wrong size pizzas turn up- ordered 12 inch and got 9- paid by card too so got charged for the larger ones. Topway used to be our favourite takeaway now the last few times we’ve had wrong orders, late deliveries and cold soggy food. Won’t be ordering again I’m afraid.

This is the second time of ordering at Top Way since it has changed hands. The food isn’t a patch on before, the chips are overdone and soggy and the chicken burger was burned at the edges. I gave it another chance after I ordered a delivery a few weeks ago. It was supposed to be 15 minutes and it arrived stone cold an hour later. Needless to say they won’t get a third chance

Need to wear hair nets the woman making the pizza her hair was all over the place falling in the food not very hygienic won't order again
Delicious food from this place. I've ordered from Top Way many a time and never been let down. Delivery has always been either early or on time, the food has never been cold or subpar. They did get my order wrong one time but when I called to address it they were very polite - they apologised and sent out the correct order straight away.
