Their pizza overall is great.  My girlfriend has celiac disease, and we tried their gluten-free pizza recently.  She and i were very impressed as it was very good also.  It was a little greasy, but I've noticed that all gluten-free food with crust/breading tends to be that way.  Will definitely order from here again!Food: 5/5

Good food & service! Won free pizza with lottery, pizzas were ready when i arrived, looked like a few people in line before me so expected to be a few minutes before i got food, not the case, team at lancaster communicated well with each other, ended up leaving with my food within a minute of walking in, very impressive considering the line when I walked in. Highly recommend this location. And pizzas were amazing as usual!

Still waiting for a site manager to call me back, not a shift manager who calls to argue with me!  I order from here all the time, usually they're fantastic! But I'm disgusted with this order.  I called immediately after getting delivery, thinking I got a half of mozzarella bread, with tomatoes. Instead of some slices of white pizza. I didn't receive all of my order as well! They said "return what was wrong", and they'll bring me my missing items.  A manager then continued to call back, to argue with me about what I actually received. To then only offer me, what I originally agreed upon. I didn't get to eat my food while it was hot! I was busy on the phone!  Finally when we disconnected, I find that my steak calzone that should have had no mushrooms, had them and was half cooked. Both my calozones had a mere fraction of the filling they normally have.  I never received my other items of my order! Nor a phone call, on my $80 order  that was completely messed up.  I'm not sure what direction picassos is going, but I hope this isn't the way.

I ordered a 1/2 M steak pizza, which was delicious and beautifully made. The Large 1/2 cheese and 1/2 with vegetables wasn’t. The dough wasn’t fully cooked on either side with the side with the veggies more raw. I decided to throw it in the oven for a bit after I called to let them know. Even after the it was still the worst pizza ever and I have had their pizza plenty of times. I don’t like complaining as I didn’t request a refund, I also tipped but for almost $60 I expect to be able to eat what I ordered. I had to throw it out and ended up spending another $75 to make sure everyone ate. Pic is of after I threw it in the oven and still wasn’t able to fix the issue

The absolute best pizza in western NY. We drive from Rochester regularly to have a slice of this perfect pie. The crust gets crispy bits on the edge to compliment the thicker dough pan style pizza. The sauce and cheese are SO fresh, they honestly make the difference. They’ve cracked the code!  If you changed one ingredient, it wouldn’t be as magical. To the “I’ll make this at home”ers —don’t.  You can’t. Drive an hour or fly like we do and eat the best pizza of your life.

Picasso’s delivered an ideal pie for lunch today. That cup n’ char pepperoni is my favorite. They even use fresh mushrooms! Super friendly staff, prompt delivery, pizza spent enough time in the oven. Awesome!Food: 5/5

We usually drive back to Buffalo twice a year for Bills games. We get an Airbnb and load up on pizza and wings. This is absolutely my favorite pizza. We get the "Kitchen Sink" party pizza and eat on it for days. Wings are great, too. Staff and ownership are friendly.Food: 5/5

The pizza was great the breadstick were good and the wing were not good. I order from the lancaster restaurant regularly and the quality of the wings have gone down hill. They are small, have broken pieces and low quality. They also send out coupons via text message that only work part of the time.Food: 2/5

I ordered a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. As we were eating, we noticed the dough was extremely thin. So since we haven't ordered from here in a while because of previous orders that were messed up we thought maybe they changed the way they make the dough. So I honestly do not like to complain, but this pizza was $38. So I called and of course same thing as always they do not take accountability. The manager on shift tried to make an excuse about why the pizza was like that etc etc. So, long story short, I said can you just give me another pizza. So they did, but instead of sending someone out right away with the new one that THEY fd up, they make us wait another 40 minutes!!! And she said it in a way where she figured I would say forget it, we will just keep the pizza we have.  I thought that was extremely rude and bad business. I understand they have other orders, but really, you're the one that messed up our order, and we already waited 40 minutes for the first pizza, and now we have to wait another 40. Now I clearly remember why I stopped being a customer. They are very rude and the workers have very bad customer service. And they always try to justify their mistakes. I would have had more respect for them if they apologized and made it right without having an attitude. After all, I am the reason you have a job.

Best NY style pizza in WNY. By far. Every time I go here is great. Also the subs are very good, they made me an open melt sub one time when I didnt even ask for it to be made like that, but damn it was great.. they care about the food they make I would have to say.Food: 5/5
