Rang up this morning, got a sun bed the same day in the after noon, lovely service and Alan who brought the sun bed was dead friendly.

Just used the sun bed and got stung by a wasp. There was at least two in there. Rather than apologise or share any concern the staff argued and stated that they can't control what flies around the salon! A simple apology may of eased the situation but the manager then insisted to run after me and argue in the street claiming that wasps are Expected in the summer with the windows open. I was warned to not support this salon by ex members of staff. The treatment of me today was utterly disgusting. Looking forward to the new place opening :-) always thought the place was cheap.
Today I visited Tropicana tanning and beauty in Durham road, much better value for money, excellent staff and parking. Open seven days a week and no wasps included. Happy :-)
