Always great service. Efficient, friendly and polite staff all round, with great customer interaction skills that those from Euro car parts just along the road are totally devoid of and who need to learn from these guys.
Went in for gaffer tape, came out with that and bin bags.... we desperately needed and didn't realise they would have them!
Helpful and friendly. The click and collect service is great, the text is often only a few minutes after you order. Had good Covid-19 measure’s in place but not someone controlling entry and number of customers like screwfix does when I visited both.
Nearly four weeks ago, I walked into the Melksham branch looking for a plastic floor cable cover of about 1m length, for home, such as the one on the picture. The salesperson said they did not have any available, but showed a 1.5 m piece of what I was exactly looking for. When I asked how much I owed, he said that item was a leftover, and I should take it as a gift from Toolstation. I thanked him warmly. My next purchases, for hardware and safety boots, will be a minimum thank you gesture.
Great customer service on every visit and with work i am there a lot. Always helpful nothing is ever too much trouble.
Really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff, always have in stock the items I've needed. Great store with plenty of parking.
