Best DIY local shop in Bath. Never been disappointed with the selection of bits and pieces there.
Had failed at 3 other stores to get what I needed, but Francis DIY came up trumps. Parked right outside and the man who helped me was smiley and helpful. Thank you!
Excellent selection and service - our go-to spot for anything for our home! Also a reliable spot for firewood and kindling during the cold winter months.
The shop is an Aladdin’s Cave; it has everything you need for DIY. More importantly the staff are really knowledgeable and kind.
Always a good place to go to get things other places do not stock or when closed.
These guys are the best hardware shop ever. This week they delivered at no extra costs a load of compost for me. The team are always so helpful. They were well deserved finalists in the Bath Life Awards, I remain surprised that they didn’t win hands down.

Fantastic DIY store. Simon, Graham, Craig and the team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Why go to the soleless chain stores, when everything you want is available here at a great price. Been using for years and bought some amazing fireworks today, Simon advised me, and the family were delighted. Can't recommend highly enough.
