Recently purchased some fencing after being recommended by a neighbour. John was very helpful and friendly. Obviously the team enjoy themselves as they were all dressed up raising money for McMillan. Great store, great service. Highly recommend.
Very helpful staff. I needed a part for a shower and they helped to find the right component. Unfortunately it did not fit when I arrived home but, true to their word, they refunded the full amount for the part. They were friendly and good humoured. I will certainly use again and recommend this Leatherhead branch. Thank you.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, I always kick and collect and my goods are always ready and waiting and nothing is a problem for the staff, would highly recommend this store
I’ve used Click and Collect with Toolstation Leatherhead three times now - they are brilliant!! Super efficient, turn around the orders within an hour and really friendly. All social distancing in place as well. Great range of products too, found what I wanted every time.
I visited the Leatherhead store at the weekend. Both of the assistants were busy but the one who served me who was called Matt, still took the time to help me with what I needed. He was both friendly and helpful. It’s the first time I’ve visited the Leatherhead store but I will definitely be returning. A+++++
I have visited Toolstation twice in the last week one visit to collect an item and one visit to return some lockdown purchases. Both times I've been served by Steve. He is very helpful and provides excellent customer service. He is a credit to Toolstation and I wish there were more people in the world providing great customer service like he does.
The service was 5 Star plus very very helpful & went way beyond any service I have received at any similar shop in my local area. I would particularly like to mention a gentleman called Robert who couldn’t do enough to solve my problem not once but twice
My click collect order was ready and the social distancing setup worked really well. The only oddity was that the order confirmation code in the text message was missing the last digit the email was correct
Very impressed with the customer service at Toolstation Leatherhead. I ordered an item but on pick up it turned out the wrong item was listed as in stock on the website. The only item in stock was at the Walton on Thames store and so the supervisor kindly offered to pick the item up and drop it off at the Leatherhead store for me on Sunday - his off day. Very much appreciated – next level customer service.
Every time I have ever been into the Leatherhead branch, they have been cheerful/helpful/efficient and polite. The social distancing measures haven't changed any of those facts. When I see any rare criticisms of the branch, I can only think that those people are the type that moan about anything. 10 out of 10 from me and hopefully the staff get the feedback.
