DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I am so furious over the lack of customer service received at this store . I needed the services of the post office and waited at the post office stand until the 1 attendant behind the store tills had served the two customers who were standing there infront of me , then he just carried on helping the line of customers who entered the store after me and I said excuse me "iv been waiting here for awhile ", he responded with " I did not know that " and stared at me like I was the one in the wrong, he proceeded to not help me and I said "fine ill go somewhere else" , he then said "okay" , I am so disgusted that a store attendant ( and probably the manager ) can treat any customer like this. I would never ever recommend this store to anyone and would even suggest avoiding it by all means even if you live close by. I am reporting this service to the Post Office whom I am sure trust in the store to deliver excellent service to all those wishing to use the post office services. I EVEN GAVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE BY CALLING IN TO COMPLAIN AND ALL I GOT WAS "COME INTO THE STORE " AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME! Disgusting and pathetic!

Dreadful service for collecting amazon parcels. Staff not bothered. Get things dropped at the town centre.
