We ordered some facemasks for the office. The website was easy to use and a quick process from start to finish. The delivery was fast and they arrived the next day. Excellent service and would highly recommend the facemasks - comfy and lightweight and look good too!
Ordered a pair of shoes that could not be delivered in time, have a confirmation email from 17 May saying it will be canceled and I will be refunded. Received an email on that shoes were delivered on 24 May, despite confirmation from customer support that they would not be, and have not actually had shoes delivered. Received the rest of my order the day after order was placed, issues with sizing and had to pay £13.75 to return the products. Have lost money in the process of ordering from this store and lots of time back and forth trying to get my refund. Terrible service, customer support and overall experience. Spend your money elsewhere! Update: It's now 30 July 2019 and I'm still waiting on the refund for my shoes to be paid to me. This business is a joke!
As a professional cook I can only highly recommend all the products purchased from them namely my Rikou knife, outstanding quality, so sharp and unbelievably comfortable to handle at a great price too.Also my chefs jackets which have withstood so much lsundering,, denim aprons too, are fabulous so light and durable.
Your knives are excellent value and work, I have been easily able to keep a good edge on my cooks knife - thanks. Your aprons wash well and are well designed. thanks
Always had amazing service from Suzanne at Dennys. Products are great quality, and Margaret who does the embroidery for us always produces a perfect end product! Highly recommended.
