sadly i have to change my opinion of toolstation. I use toolstation regularly, but have found parts missing from items ordered recently. This isn't toolstation's fault but diyier's buying parts, not having the right bit then returning them missing an olive or washer or vital part. Can the management ensure that there is quality control on items returned please. manager called, apologised and wanted to resolve issue. To me that is worth adding stars.
No point in trying to speed things up by ordering through click and collect at this branch. One person serving and the other staff wandering around aimlessly. I use Toolstation for work so every minute waiting is lost time on the job which consequently costs me money. Perhaps I'll start using Screwfix again from now on. They seem to have a better attitude towards trades.
Came to ToolStation Cirencester today whilst visiting the area and was greeted by the amazing Anne, she did her best to assist me with a big friendly smile no matter what I asked I will definitely be returning when I’m back in the area and I am ASTOUNDED by the customer service she gave me! 5 stars!!
Toolstation Cirencester have been a great supply of various products over the last year. They have been great at updating me on the phone if there were issues with an order. Excellent service and I will be delighted when the coffee machine is turned back on!.....

Ive been using this store over the past 2 years while renovating a cottage nearby. EVERY time I go there, the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. All of the staff are a credit to Toolstation, keep up the good work. Thank you.
Been using this store a fair bit during lockdown for no end of projects. Staff always very helpful and knowledgable. Always go above and beyond to help.. never had a problem regarding stock if it’s unavailable it’s ordered straight away. Can’t fault the team. Well done.
Today I went to Toolstation Cirencester to get a bit to access my hedge cutter. I had forgotten to take my mask. Russ noticed from inside the store and asked if I needed one which he then provided and went to GREAT trouble to help me. In the end he found another solution which has worked fine. I cannot rate him too highly. In fact I came away feeling he had literally made my day and transformed it. I went to my next appointment with a strong desire to pass on the same courtesy and thoughtfulness. He is your best asset!
Great service. Did click and collect and both the website and the guys in store were fab. Will definitely make the effort of using over some of the “big” box stores.
A very pleasant shopping experience. Staff were very helpful Thank you Jade! And the shop was well laid out. Covid safety standards were certainly met. Would deffinately recommend.
