Me and my wife visited the stove store on the 12th March, we kind of knew what we wanted but needed the specifics clarifying. Both the guys in the showroom were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had lots on display, they even had a big modern one burning in the showroom. We have recently purchased a house in the area and it has a couple of open fireplaces we would like wood burners in. We will be booking one of the guys to come out and measure up shortly. Best wishes Tony & Laura.

Fantastic looking store, lots in stock and all the sundries to go with any type of stove! I did think they were a little pricey in comparison to other outlets in the surrounding area but they did have more on display! Sadly my main reason for 3 stars was due to the lack of customer service. 

I went in at around 10.30am on Saturday 3rd Feb, I was the only customer in the store at the time and I took my time to look at each different stove carefully as I wasn't really sure which type/style I wanted. After 15/20 minuets non of the 2 staff visible to me came to offer any help or advise so I left & completed a sale with a competitor. Hopefully when I go back to get some wood/coal I will feel compelled to edit this.

Visited this shop on good Friday and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of my first visit. Great selection of stoves on display and happy to give me plenty of leaflets for us to look through and get some ideas. Offered s free survey but we’re not ready just yet as it’s not built yet. Will be back later in the year. Really liked the big heta stove they had on display my husband thinks it looks like a tv.  

Really can’t wait to get one in the new extension and they also give you discount on wood you can buy in their shop. 

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stove. Ignore the haters try them for yourself.

I was looking for a wood burning stove and found this store on the internet. What a great place to go and see the fires all set up and working in there purpose built showroom, We could not fault the service, advice or the price we were given. And the stove is superb ! Thank you.

Can not fault the customer service in this place. Staff very helpful. Would recommend a visit .After care service can not be faulted
