I usually end up having to come here several times a day, it's normally very quick and most things are in stock. Kirsty is great, ensures there is never any problems! 10/10
Went in to ask about a staple gun, person who I spoke to said he does not know about staple guns, asked of there is someone who can help, was told, "no, it's only one member of staff and he won't know, you don't know about staple guns do you?" 16.05 was it closing time? They seem ok if you have pre ordered, but a female asking for help, no interest at all.
Your customer, Richard Coward, rates this store 10 out of 10 because the staff are always helpful, courteous and friendly. At this unprecedented time they are all doing such a heroic job. Well done to everybody at Ashton Gate.
