Great service in toolbox today . Hard to beat having personal advice about products and got just what I wanted at competitive prices, highly recommend a visit.
Disappointing service, I spent the price of the hedge trimmer trying to get it fixed. It was given a full service and repair several times yet it still has many issues. Perhaps the repair man should try run the machine for a while to see if it actually works. I have to go buy a new machine now.
Brilliant service of ride on and stiga mulcher. Not overly expensive, they have never cut so well. Dropped in today with a query, as always nothing too much trouble.
This place came highly recommended and I heard many good things about it. I worked at repairing small engines all my life and was flat out fixing when I got asked to repair a Stihl 084 AV for a customer so I thought I would give these guys a chance. The result was shocking. I was quoted over £400 to fix it at the time and I said it wasn't worth it so collected the saw completely stripped in a box of parts. When I examined it that night two corners of the cylinder had been broke where the bolts had been too hard to get off so they just broke it offthe bolts had also been sheared off and the piston rings had been broke - the piston and the cylinder had no scoring so I don't why they even took it off. To spend your whole life fixing and to see the abuse this saw took was unreal. Anyway I order a new cylinder/gasket/needle bearing and rings and repaired the saw for £70 and give it back to the customer. I would rather not post the photos proving the above but if anybody would like to see them its no problem. Also to add insult to injury when I collected the saw they charged me £15 for looking at itdestroying it. I will never be back.
Great service as always. I wouldn't be the most careful with my ride on but it always comes back from toolbox running like a new machine. Many thanks again
