This is one of the best shops with regards to customer service. I ordered a pair of trainers which were hand delivered next day only to find that I'd made a mistake with the size. I contacted josh who replied straight away and said no problem with an exchange. Came and collected wrong size himself and will be posting me out the correct size in post at no extra charge. Nothing is too much trouble and I definitely will be returning. Thank you so much for your help and keep up the fabulous work
Today myself and daugther were In to get my grandson measured for his first pair of shoes the lady who looked after us was fantastic and so good with him. High praise deserved. Nothing was too much bother so thank you .
My on line order from Kent was received swiftly and beautifully wrapped with care ! Unfortunately they did not fit and needed returning..but my email request was responded to by return and my refund issued immediately... thank you Russell Omagh you’re the best !!!
I ordered the new frozen shoes for my little girl online, after following the measurement and guidelines from the help of the friendliest staff all I can say is I had one really excited little girl this week when her new shoes where delivered personally to my door. They are the perfect fit and absolutely gorgeous wee trainers. I highly recommend russels for kids shoes and would like to thank the staff for all there help at this difficult time.
Yeah it's okay...dont go there if looking for ladies dress shoes, like court shoes,...walking shoes yes, I would say it caters for the middleage / older lady and gent....saying that they do have some nice good quality shoes....
The shop had hand sanitizer when you entered. Staff wore face masks and there were guards around the cash desk. Good range of shoes for ladies all types and makes. I dont know anything about the mens or the items upstairs, children's clothes I think.
Staff are lovely and very helpful, excellent range of shoes for women, men and children as well as some beautiful children's clothing. Everything is of really high quality.
