Excellent selection of shoes and very friendly and helpful staff. Man behind counter was more than helpful as he catered for my needs. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. First class
Shoes in window priced at £36 and also on stand in shop priced at £36. When I went to counter he asked for £45 I told him it said £36 in window I was told he couldn't do them for £36 because the girl made a mistake and he was off last week and was only back today. I went up to check were the shoes were to see if I was mistaken, magically the stickers had vanished while I was trying the shoes on. I informed him this wasn't my problem and he said well you don't have to take them I obviously wanted them or wouldn't of went in so I gave him the extra nine quid. Just thought his attitude was awful and customer service was discraceful, he seemed quite angry and when I paid he only gave me receipt for the visa debit card and not for the shop. Funny that! I said is that me then and he said aye as I was waiting on my receipt from the shop he actually looked like he was going to assult me or something so I left. Won't be back and wouldn't reccomend dealing with this guy as he seems to have a problem with people making a query about a price clearly where his staff had made a mistake. I wasn't raised on nine pound like but it's the principle and the way he dealt with the situation. I would recommend a course on how to deal with the public mate, the customer is always right and all that jazz. #manners
