I grew up with Dr Thanki as my dentist. He helped me over the years to get over my fear of the dentists, caused by not being able to breathe through my nostrils. He literally went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to encourage me to trust him and others in the profession. I could not praise him or his team highly enough.

When I went for treatment at the hospital, the staff there knew of him and also spoke very highly of the man. I think that in itself speaks volumes.

As for the previous one star, I didn’t go to the dentist for 4 years and had no issues when making an appointment.

I'd RATE THEM ZERO!! The Dental Practice simply deletes NHS patients' records, after a year and pops one onto a 'WAITING LIST'. I found out after my bicycle accident and they suggested I see them as a private patient. They purged my records completely and I had to re-register at another NHS Dental Treatment Centre today.
