We are only part way through a course of treatment but I just had to say what excellent treatment we have received so far. I say “we” because it is my mum in law who required the treatment but because she was so scared at the thought of going to the dentist, I have gone along with her. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone initially was very understanding and reassuring when I explained Mum in law’s fear. We were given an appointment within a week and again the receptionists were all very helpful and friendly. I was allowed to go with Mum in to the surgery and so saw, first hand, the excellent treatment she received. The dentist, Sharon, and her dental nurse, Sandra, could not have been kinder. Very gentle, unhurried, reassuring and explaining clearly everything that was happening. The outcome of that visit was that Mum needed three extractions. That took place this morning, only one week later. Obviously Mum was extremely nervous before the appointment but once again, Sharon and Sandra could not have been kinder. They treated my mum as if she was their own mum, very attentive and aware of her fears, but giving excellent treatment at the same time. The ultimate compliment from Mum was that if she had known what the experience was going to be like, she wouldn’t have waited so long to go! She is so relieved to have finally taken a step that she knew she should have done long ago. As a result, she now feels able to go regularly without any of her previous fear. 
Thank you so much to all the staff at this practice. You have literally changed my Mum’s quality of life!

Very good practice. Always a warm welcoming from the receptionists. Having had a fear of dentists due to bad experiences in the past, your practice has definitely restored my faith in dentists. The staff behind the desk reassured me and put me at ease. I saw the lovely Sharan and she was ever so gentle with me throughout the treatment and also very patient with me and explained everything in great detail. I cannot thank Sharan and your practice enough!

I am a new patient at this Surgery and just wanted to write a Sincere Thankyou. 
I am not a great patient and was a bag of nerves whilst receiving my treatment . The service I recieved from everyone was exemplary. The Reception Staff were really friendly the Nurses were very professional and the Dental practitioner took time to put me at ease and explain each process in detail to allay my fears. 
I would definately not hesitate to recommend
