We are a 15-minute walk from Luton train station with multiple bus routes in the surrounding area and car parking available to the rear of the practice. We offer NHS treatments as well as private and the {my}options affordable private scheme with treatments including Invisalign Go, Teeth Whitening and Quick Straight Teeth. I came in the other day and the Dentist, Nurse and Receptionist’s were all lovely and welcoming. I think the practice is doing a great job especially with how much pressure the dental industry is under right now. Will be coming back for my six months!
Made us rush to an appointment earlier than the given time, and haven't been there for years didn't see the sign boards for parking and ended up getting a parking charge, and then the no help from anyone, and still to pay reduced amount, complete scam that they can't just speak to their parking civil enforcement to void the notice as was there for an appointment.
Been coming here for years without an issue. Since Covid, things have gone massively downhill. Made an appointment in April for mid June. Received a letter saying appointment cancelled and call to make another. Called up, no apology or explanation. Next available appointment September. 6 MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT??? Funny how the hygienist seems to have time to contact me monthly as that's all done privately. I'm sure they dentist response will be asking for me to contact them however, i'd ask them not to bother. This level of service speaks for itself.
I bouight my children for their check ups last week and saw Mohamad Moinuddin. Such a lovely caring dentist that took the time to explain what was going on to myself and the children directly. Would definatley recommend. We have already booked to see him again in 6 months.
Poor receptionist communication skills with zero patient care! who can't give an emergency appointment until a month later! How low has this dentist surgery gone!
Very happy everytime. Everyone is friendly and still take precautions with covid. No they have no toys in the waiting room amd no the chairs are not on top of each other. Why? Because the surgery are doing a great job of helping to keep people safe. Great job
Avoid. I was a patient for 6 months and today is the last time I go there. I had 5-6 appointment meanwhile, they cancelled 5-10 minutes prior my appointment not once. There was time when I arrived for my appointment and the said to me that " oh sorry forget to call you but the doctor is 3 hours late".. sure because that what you want to hear when you travel from other town. Had another service done where they were supposed to order certain things and for my appointment of course they "forgot" it and needed to wait 2 extra week. Receptionist and doctors not communicating with each other, and receptionist think they are doctors. I had a conversation with the doctor and then went for appointments and the lady at the desk straight up refused to give me certain appointment so I needed to do the trip twice despite I tried to explain that the doctor said it's okay to schedule them the same day. Today I had appointment in the morning, which due to traffic reasons I was late by 13 minutes. I called them 1 hour earlier to ask if it's still okay or should I reschedule but of course no answer. When I arrived they said the waiting period is 7 minutes how convenient half of the time I was late.... Not to mention last time I was there I heard they said to someone it was 10 so I don't appreciate being lied to my face. Then I asked if they have any availability and without even check it they said "oh for a check up we don't have anything." So it's okay to mess around with my time but once I'm late then they don't even try to fit me in. I had enough of this unprofessional practice. Save some time and try another place.
My first time going to this dentist, it was my 2 year old check up for the first time. I have decided to go here as it's near to where I live but won't be going back again. The receptionist was very rude. No sign of greeting straight to 'whats the name?' in a not bothered tone. We went to the main waiting room, very dull and boring with few posters on the wall. 4 chairs on each side of the room and an empty table. No sign of toys or any kind of magazines, newspaper etc. My toddler was very agitated I wish they had few toys or tv or anything. We were told to go early as someone cancelled their appointment no point going early they still saw us later than our normal time made me rush with my toddler to see them early. The dentist who checked my son's teeth seemed kind. Wish there was some sort of reward system for young children for being brave and good. They need to light up the place abit it's such a dull atmosphere and not welcoming at all. Will be going to a different dentist next time for sure.
I've had a very horrible experience with the reception called learners.i have a wisdom tooth infection and I rang in morning and was sent a appointment for 610pm today.i rushed down there to be told it was a mistake and to wait 2 weeks time.leanne was quite sacarcastic to me upset me.accused me of screaming and shouting which I wasn't then another colleague joined in to argue with me iam in a lot of pain with my tooth and I don't deserve that treatment. Iam mortified I've been there for a long time nearly 20 years no trouble ever till today and for 2 colleague joining in to argue with me is unacceptable. Iam thinking of leaving as I don't want to face leanne or the other colleague again
If you want an appointment on NHS the earliest we have is 2 months time but if you want to go private and pay us money we have appointment for you tomorrow very nice . Staff and dentist are very nice but I don't like their work ethic most of us become poor in this pandemic but MY DENTIST the company is getting richer and doing much better. In this month I had 3 visits most of the people I saw they were paying.....if you are in pain you have no choice but to pay.
