Great place for brunch. Halloumi and scrambled eggs on sour dough toast - eggs were a bit runnier than I prefer but still very tasty. Dog friendly which is a bonus! Bit pricey.
Super cool coffee house in Shoreham. Ever since moving to Shoreham I haven't had a good cup of coffee until now. Excellent home blend of espresso beans. Instantly ordered a second. Better looking from the inside. And to top it off the staff are laid back and very friendly. Possibly the best review I've given.
Good location Found a free table al fresco wasn't sure whether it's table service or order inside. So went up to order staff appeared to be struggling although it wasn't busy 09.30 . Ordered a tall coffee, flat white and authentic Churros, vegan sausage roll. When arrived small coffee, flat white in a glass wasn't hot Churros are frozen and look like the ones you can buy in Lidl. Sausage roll was tasteless. Unfortunately wasn't sure how to identify staff from customers apart from girls making the coffee and although polite when order given to us no serviettes or can I get you anything else offered or enjoy no interaction, no customer service really. Shame as good location and menu sounds good on paper just staffing really let it down a little customer service goes a long way. We have been here before and was very welcoming and a very pleasant experience
I was surprised to see that the prices are like in Brighton. Or a bit more. A regular oat latte, which is very small compared to other regulars, is £3.55. And also tasted quite watery. Disappointed. The staff is friendly, hence the three stars.
Perfect. Atmosphere, food, staff. In town for a few days and have been twice. I will be back again. Had Buddha bowl and eggs and bacon on toast. Not the cheapest but great quality and quantity for both so worth it. Well prepared and presented. Friendly and observant staff. I travel a lot and am surprised at some of the negative comments. Not my experience at all.
Exceptional coffee and tasty range of cake/food. Funky decor and friendly staff. A gem of a cafe!
My favourite coffee spot in the whole galaxy. Incredibly friendly place to pop in, fantastic coffee and lovely food. Good spot for people watching!
Great little cafe with some fab staff......never had a bad breakfast there!! It attracts a wide variety of the local community which gives it a nice buzz and it's also got a bit of a European feel to it, the front tables spilling out onto the pavement and into the sunshine , and views stretching across the across the Adur river. Situated on the High Street, just opposite the footbridge towards the beach , it's also a great place with the right table for people watching!
Quite busy ... sat at the front next to the coffee machine, not good as could not here conversation with my friend. Moved right to the back, unfortunately door kept opening to the kitchen & toilets and it was drafty. It was just unfortunate. Good coffee & bakewell, staff friendly, better luck next visit
Always a pleasure to eat or drink here. The coffee both in a cup and bought by the bean in bags is always a delicious rich and depthy coffee and we really value how friendly the staff here. Great views on a sunny day and a lovely bright and fun place to stop.
