1/2 stars from me.  Small site so only a small kids swing park.  But a nice wee site, well kitted out caravan and clean and tidy.  Really good price for October break too.  Handy location for York or Flamingo land.

Quite a nice caravan. Thought it was a little grubby and worn for its age. Well spaced from other caravans. The site was easy to get to but was noisy. Nothing within the owners control. It's right next to the main high speed railway line with very frequent trains. There is also an airfield near by an old prop-plane was frequently practicing overhead. Close to York and easy access to local shops and a retail park on the edge of York

Fantastic place, friendly staff, peaceful and relaxing. Accommadation was roomy and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Due to other circumstances we had to leave 2 days early, Shame really,

Quiet site, clean and comfy caravan and a nice little fishing lake on site. Absolutely no problems, we enjoyed our stay.
