I contacted Tod and Mitchell after a family row that had become terribly out of hand.  My family were all upset and shocked at the events.  Rhona was genuinely empathetic yet objective and decisive.  I immediately  felt some of the weight lifting when I saw Rhona develop a clear plan of action that previous solicitors had not considered.  It was this plan that gave me some insight into the wealth of knowledge and experience Tod and Mitchell, and of course Rhona had in dealing with legal issues that are bound up in the complexity of family relationships.  Rhona kept me informed throughout the whole process as did her excellent and dedicated legal team.  I am particularly grateful for how Rhona engaged with my elderly parents talking them through the whole process and ensuring they were put at ease.
Rhona succeeded in having the case dropped and as such has avoided consequences such as possibly losing my job and impacting my family negatively.  I cannot thank Rhona and her team enough and would not hesitate to recommend them unconditionally should you require advice or legal services.

My husband was recently represented by Paul Lynch of Tod & Mitchell as he was charged for a crime he did not commit. Paul was absolutely fantastic and kept us informed and updated on progress throughout as did the staff within the office who were always very helpful & respectful. We both believe Paul put his heart & soul into gaining the correct outcome for my husband & for that we are both truly thankful. Was committed for a drink driving offence in Jan 2017. Was brilliantly represented by Tod and Mitchell during my sentencing and all after care.
Can't thank them enough and would recommend to everybody their brilliant service.

I would highly recommend tod & mitchell as your solicitor as they are extremely helpful in your case. I only had two meetings with amy and she made me feel so comfortable and broke down everything i needed to know!

Chris McKenna was fantasmagorical!! I would use him again in a Heartbeat!!! Very pleasant and easy to talk to. Absolutely fabulous the way he treated the case cannot fault him in any way shape or form
