Told they would be able to deal with my case speaks with David to be told they can't total waste of time

Used walker laird for a change of mortgage and would not recommend them to anyone.  completion dates mean nothing to this company, getting any information or an update from them is like getting blood from a stone. When you call dont bother leaving them a message when you cant get through  all the time as they apparently dont know how to work phones and return messages. On a positive note the receptionists were very polite and as helpful as they could be , shame that couldn't be said for their solicitors who tut and huff when asked questions they cant be bothered answering because its nearly lunch time. AVOID

Giant redwood trees move faster than these guys. Never seen a company drag their heels so much in my life. Had to be chased constantly and reminded what they were supposed to be doing every few weeks,months... bad way to to business.

I was seen by a lawyer after just a few days, and he seemed pleasant enough. He gave me good advice, the receptionist was attentive and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.

Never recommend this very very slow and keep asking 1000 things have to go all gifters my famy to office to see them identity still not happy..I swear they are not good very very slow

I would recomend this company to anybody they do a terrific job
